IV. EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING:
(1) Residents are expected to participate in Group Day, for one day at least two times during the course of their residency.

(2) Participation in Canadian Group Psychotherapy Association or American Group Psychotherapy Association Institute training groups is to be encouraged.


V. EVALUATION:
Evaluation should be done collaboratively by the resident and group therapy supervisor at an informal level every three months, and in writing every six months. Specific comprehensive group therapy training evaluation forms may be utilized for this training evaluation.
